A series of six coats of ceramic are applied to the trees with a sand coat placed between the ceramics. Three prime and three back up coats are applied.

Equipment includes:

• Manual dipping on prime coats
• Fast drying tunnel system for prime coats
• Computerized humidity and temperature control
• Robotic dipping for back up coats
• Forced air back up coat drying line and motorized conveyors
• Large capacity autoclave
