A series of six coats of
ceramic are applied to the trees with a sand coat placed between
the ceramics. Three prime and three back up coats are applied.
Equipment includes:

- Fast drying tunnel system
for prime coats
- Computerized humidity
and temperature control
- Robotic dipping for back
up coats
- Forced air back up coat
drying line and motorized conveyors
- Large capacity autoclave
