Casting Department
Prior to casting, the shells
are preheated. The metal is brought up to pouring temperature
and a sample is poured. This sample is analyzed and once approved,
the shells are poured.
Equipment includes:
- Two 500# melting furnaces
- Three batch preheat ovens
- One spectrometer
