Finishing Department
The shell is removed from
the castings. Gates are ground. Parts are cleaned, inspected,
and packaged for shipment.
Equipment includes:
- K/O hammer
- Automatic gate removal
machine (KLK)
- Three cut off saws
- Kolene caustic soda ceramic
removal system.
- Shot blast capabilities
utilizing stainless, aluminum oxide, steel, and glass bead shot
- Drill and tapping equipment
